Whether it be you or a loved one in need of assistance, we have an on-call coordinator ready to help. Contact us at (256) 724-6870 day or night. We do the rest…. we simply contact your physician to obtain orders for your plan of care, and set up a time to come evaluate you for services. Our policy is to be in your home within 48 hours of receiving a physicians order, even on weekends/ holidays. We are usually there the next day.     

 

Our clinicians bring you state-of-the-art care at home. We assess your environment, your needs and your goals, and work with you to achieve the results you want. We also coordinate with your doctor to deliver a clearer picture of your progress and respond to any sudden changes to your health.
